After receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Erik specialized in the neurorehabilitation of adults and children first at MedStar’s National Rehabilitation Hospital and now at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Areas of clinical interest include optimizing activities-based neuro-recovery and applying emerging technology within the inpatient rehab setting. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh and was recognized as a neurological clinical specialist in 2014.
