Jessica Boateng, MPH

Jessica Boateng, MPH is the Research Coordinator for the Wireless Inclusive Tech RERC within the Rehabilitation Science and Technology department at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Science (SHRS). Her duties include assisting with various projects within the RERC and consist of, but are not limited to preparation, collection, and management of data.

She received her master's degree in public health from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining the Pitt team, she worked on clinical decision aids and shared decision making in relation to post-mastectomy breast reconstruction research. Also, she served as a temporary epidemiologist with the St. Charles County department of public health assisting with Covid-19 investigations and contact tracing. She is interested in mixed methods intervention research studies aimed at improving health outcomes for various populations.
